With extensive experience in Human Resource Management and a strong business development approach, Francesca has held local and international roles in HR in multinational biotech companies within the pharma industry since 2004. Throughout her career path, she never stopped learning and holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management, a Master’s in Executive and Business Coaching with the recent ACC ICF certification as a professional coach, a Master’s in Creative Leadership and an Executive MBA. Starting in March 2022, she assumed the role of Chief People Officer at Healthware Group.
